In the 1930s, the Mendelson Furniture Company bought the building, using it as an impressive showroom for 40 years before selling to jeweler Sid Birzon in the 1970s. Yes, all tenants are provided with access to the Priam Property Management 24-hour emergency service telephone line at (716) 580-3136. Tenants should call this number immediately in the event of no heat, plumbing overflows or leaks, lockouts or any other situations that could cause personal harm and/or damage to building.
